When interviewing for a Scottrade position, the interview process can be easier and more successful if you follow these tips:Be Positive -

Dress and Act Appropriately -
First impressions matter. Put your best foot forward in interviews by the way you dress and speak. Make eye contact and have good posture to show engagement. A business suit or similar professional, conservative clothing is appropriate for Scottrade job interviews.
Ask Questions -
Be prepared with questions to ask about the position, company, work environment and future plans.
Have Goals and Passions -
