Job Application Process

The Scottrade Job Application process is easy. If you are a current Scottrade associate, please apply through our internal career site found on The Insider.  To search for Jobs please visit our Jobs website
The steps below are the same for associates and interns.  Helpful Interview Tips >>
  1. Search Jobs

    You may search jobs without registering, but we encourage you to register and create an online Profile so that you can submit your resumé, request email alerts based on individual keywords, and be entered into a pool of candidates we review when a new position is posted.

  2. Submit Your Resumé

    You can submit your resumé online after you have registered.

  3. Initial Phone Screening

    After we have reviewed your resumé and determined you may be a fit for the open position, a recruiter will call you for an initial phone screening.

  4. In-Person Interview

    Qualified candidates will be asked in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a recruiter after the initial phone screening. If you are a fit for the position and considered a final candidate, we will check your references.

  5. Offer Extended

    If you are selected for the job, an offer of employment will be extended to you contingent upon a satisfactory background check.

  6. If You Accept an Offer

    Once you accept an offer, the background check will be run. Once satisfactorily completed, then you may work with your recruiter to select a start date and begin our Onboarding process. You will receive an email from “Grow with Scottrade” that contains a link to more information.

  7. Onboarding

    Your first days at work will be guided by your Scottrade Onboarding experience, which includes members of HR available to answer any questions, as well as training on Scottrade policies and procedures.
