Scottrade isn’t just a company that serves the community; we’re part of the community. Every Scottrade® branch plays a key role in delivering on our mission, and each associate at the branch carries and promotes the Scottrade® brand every day.

A day in the life of a branch associate is one of balance. Providing award-winning service to each client takes priority, but building and maintaining relationships with clients, proactive outreach and operational work are other key factors. Each day also presents opportunities for managers to coach and train Investment Consultants through various hands-on situations and “in-the-moment” activities.

Knowing that you’re helping our clients every day is a great feeling, but we want to take it a step further. We’ve implemented programs to recognize our highest achieving branches and individual associates, plus rewards for those who set themselves apart.

President’s Club

Recognizes the top performing branch managers, regional managers and DVPs.

President’s Club winners, along with a guest, will receive a paid 3-day and 3-night learning trip. Additionally, there is a cash payout to Investment Consultants in winning branches. The program reflects the importance of asset gathering while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

900 Club

Recognizes the branches that excel in client satisfaction, as evidenced by their high marks on the surveys.

Quarterly surveys are sent to clients, asking them to rate their interactions at our branches on a 1-10 scale. The first 25 survey responses for each branch are used to calculate the effective score that determines a portion of each branch’s bonus add-on.

Members of each quarter’s 900 Club (a rolling average of the current quarter and previous quarter’s client satisfaction score) receive an increased payout as part of the CSI element of the branch incentive plan.

Top 100

Recognizes top performing ICs and Branch Managers as they gather assets and promote our mission.

The Top 100 is structured as an “Earn to Learn” contest where winners receive a trip to meet with senior brokerage leadership, build additional skill sets, hear from guest speakers and have fun attending various social events.

Investment Consultant

Our Investment Consultants, or ICs, provide exceptional client experiences that focus on meeting the needs of the branch, and also work to proactively identify and handle situations as they arise. They accomplish this through personalized conversations with clients that position Scottrade as a total solutions provider while preserving our award-winning service reputation.

ICs are expected to strive for excellence ensuring that individual performance goals are met while still meeting operational and compliance requirements.

Branch Manager

Branch Managers promote our mission of helping clients overcome barriers to financial success. Managers accomplish this goal by leading their branch team in personalized client interactions, supervising proactive sales activities, and developing a highly motivated team that puts the client’s needs first.

Branch Managers are expected to cultivate and maintain their teams while growing the organization’s footprint in their respective area of influence.
